Comment: This court decision is particularly noteworthy for the fact that in this case the court accepted the Defendant's arguments that the payment by bill for the current indebtedness for the actually supplied products (or services) does not require a separate license. In this case, one of the characteristic features that differentiate such transaction from professional security trading subject to licensing is that the transaction of indebtedness repayments by bill is of non-regular, one-time nature and is not directed at the obtaining of direct profit based on this transaction. These considerations were the basis for the dismissal of claim on the invalidation of transaction, which involved the payment by ordinary bill.
