Legal Alliance Company's Team Took Part in ÅVÀ Competition on Preparing Spanish Tapas
On December 22, this year, the European Business Association jointly with the Spanish cuisine restaurant "Hidalgo" held the competition on preparing the Spanish snacks "tapas" among EBA member companies.
Legal Alliance Company's team composed of Nataliia Dokuchaieva, Stanislav Tytov, Iuliia Cherniavska, and Ielyzaveta Fedorchenko was among nine teams taking part in the culinary competition.
At the very beginning of the event, the participants and guests of the event have been familiarized with the Spanish cuisine traditions and some trends of preparing the most wide-spread dishes, among which the snacks "tapas" take special place. After that, every team was given the main ingredients of tapas – royal shrimps, grapes, toasts, sauces, olives, various greens and vegetables, by offering to prepare their choice of dishes.
As a result, even those who have never dealt with the Spanish cuisine, neither as a cook, nor as a taster, coped with the task. You can see the achievements of our team at the photograph
